PUT /api/v2/buyer/storefront-connections/{connectionId}/accounts/{accountId}/enhanced-reporting Enhanced Reporting is an account-level control. It applies only to the exact connected account in the path; it does not change sibling accounts, seller feature policy, connectivity, mappings, or directed campaigns. Enabling records the account’s reporting preference and its billing boundary. The account becomes billed only after its reporting subscription successfully completes a sync; if no reporting subscription is configured, the request creates no IU activity. Disabling stops future work while preserving reports and billing evidence. Enabling requires a live connected account and an accepted IU Rate Card that contains the published SOCIAL_ACCOUNT_INTELLIGENCE_BILLING_PERIOD activity. The activity is rated once per account per billing period at the price on that Rate Card (currently 4 IUs in the published catalog), after the first successful reporting sync that follows enablement.

Request

Response

Repeated writes of the current state are idempotent. To disable the same account, repeat the request with { "enabled": false }.

Errors

  • 400 VALIDATION_ERROR — the account or its parent connection is inactive, or billing authority does not include the activity.
  • 401 UNAUTHORIZED — the bearer token is missing or invalid.
  • 404 NOT_FOUND — the account does not belong to that connection or buyer.
See Open Sellers for the MCP save_connection syntax and the Connections UI.
