GET /api/v2/billing/account/inherited-stub Returns the minimal fact that a child account’s billing is managed by its parent organization. This read is for a directly backed human member of the current child account who does not have an applicable VIEW delegation. It takes no customer or organization parameter: the child and parent are resolved from the authenticated account’s real topology. The response contains only the organization’s display name, the exact ORG scope boundary, and its customer pointer. It never includes the organization document, accounts, members, contracts, rates, standing, payment details, or advertisers. Organization administrators continue to use GET /billing/account for the full document. VIEW remains reserved for its existing account slice; retired OWN grants no authority and does not block a genuine member’s stub fallback. Advertiser-scoped people and credentials, sponsored-buyer compatibility tenancy, API keys, Agents, workloads, service tokens, parent or standalone members, and missing or inconsistent parent topology are denied.
