get_status and retain the returned account identity, enrollment
state, blockers, and reachable accounts.
Switch only to an accountId returned by get_status:
notifications/tools/list_changed and call
get_status again. The second read confirms which account is active even when
the client did not refresh its catalog immediately. Omit accountId to return
to the credential’s home account.
Buyer and Seller accounts receive their account-specific tools when enrolled.
Organisation accounts currently provide navigation and shared settings rather
than an operational noun catalog.
