# Connect Epsilon Retail Media

> Connect Epsilon Retail Media as a sponsored-product ad-server source for your storefront

Epsilon Retail Media, formerly CitrusAd, connects to your storefront as an
ad-server source. Buyers continue to discover products and place media buys
through your storefront; they do not connect a separate adapter or supply
provider credentials.

The integration keeps the `citrusad` provider identifier because Epsilon's
current developer APIs continue to use CitrusAd naming.

The current connection supports sponsored-product campaigns. Epsilon Retail
Media renders their creative from retailer catalog data, so buyers select
promoted product codes and targeting rather than uploading banner assets.
Static banner and Banner X campaigns are not supported by this connection yet.

## Before you connect

Have these values ready:

* CitrusAd environment: sandbox or production
* team ID
* one or more retailer namespaces, each with a retailer name and publisher domain
* default three-letter currency code
* optional sponsored-product floor price
* API key, bearer token, or OAuth credential for this storefront source

Only a storefront admin or a user with the storefront credential-admin
permission can create, rotate, or revoke the credential. Credentials are scoped
to this inventory source, stored separately from source configuration, and
never returned in API responses.

## What buyers can do

Once the connection is configured, the storefront can expose stable
sponsored-product inventory for each retailer namespace. A buyer can create a
media buy with product codes, exact or phrase keywords, negative keywords, bid,
budget, flight dates, and supported catalog, placement, or wallet selectors.

Campaign creation, updates, pause, cancellation, status, creative synchronization,
and basic delivery reporting run through the same storefront media-buy workflow
as other ad-server-backed sources. Creative synchronization is an explicit
successful no-op because the retailer catalog supplies the rendered creative.

<Note>
  A live Epsilon Retail Media sandbox campaign still requires valid retailer test
  access. Use the sandbox environment when validating a new connection before
  moving it to production.
