# List identity-match targeting configs

> Return the per-package targeting configuration for every package available to the calling token — one `targetingConfigs` entry per (`sellerAgentUrl`, `packageId`) pair. When `after` is supplied, the response is a delta: `targetingConfigs` carries entries whose package or media-buy was created or updated since that instant, and `removedTargetingConfigs` carries the (`sellerAgentUrl`, `packageId`) pairs whose targeting was archived. `lastUpdatedAt` advances the cursor — the caller feeds it back as the next `after`. `truncated: true` signals the response was capped and the caller has not seen the full delta; poll again with the same `after` when the underlying source recovers. Response is raw JSON — not wrapped in the standard `{data, error, meta}` envelope — so identity-match clients can decode straight into their wire types.
